App Care

Extra mailboxes $6/month each; email-only from $15/month. Hosting and business email run on OHS Talks’ managed servers, and your domain is registered in your name. Care plans are month to month – leave any time on 30 days’ notice and we hand everything over. Builds are paid 50% deposit, 30% at design approval and 20% at launch. Prices include GST.

FAQs
Common questions
How long does a website take?
A Personal Website usually takes about a week. Launch websites take 1–2 weeks, Business 2–4 weeks and Compliance Pro 4–6 weeks, once we have your content.
Who owns the domain and website?
The domain is registered in your name. On full payment, the design and content are yours. Plugins, themes and stock media stay under their own licences.
Do I have to use your hosting?
Our builds are hosted and looked after by OHS Talks on a monthly care plan, which covers hosting, SSL, backups, updates and business email.
Can I leave later?
Yes. Care plans are month to month. Give 30 days’ notice and we hand over your website files, database, domain control and mailbox exports.
How do payments work?
Usually 50% deposit, 30% at design approval and 20% at launch. Jobs under $1,500 are 50/50.
Will my site be number one on Google?
No honest provider can guarantee rankings. Every site gets proper titles, descriptions, a sitemap and Search Console set-up, and we offer ongoing SEO if you want it.
