FAQs
Common questions
Are the toolbox talks specific to our site?
Yes. Each talk is written around your work, hazards and recent incidents or near misses – not copied from a generic library.
Do inductions meet our legal duties?
Under Victoria’s Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, employers must provide the information, instruction and training workers need to work safely. Good inductions are a big part of that – we help you build them and keep records, but they sit alongside your wider safety system.
Can our own supervisors deliver the talks?
Yes. Most clients have supervisors run the talks using our packs. We can also coach them – see Toolbox Talk Facilitator Skills on our training page.
Can you film on our site?
Yes, with your permission and site rules. Aerial footage is flown under our drone safety process.
Who owns the content?
Once paid for, the content is yours to use in your business. Stock images and music stay under their own licences.
How quickly can you deliver?
A single toolbox talk is usually ready within a week. Induction packs and video series depend on scope – we give you a timeframe in the quote.
